Presentation of the attraction

Inspired by the era of exploration and adventure on the high seas, this attraction lets visitors climb aboard a large pirate ship.

The Pirate Galleon, also known as the Pirate Galleon, is a sight to behold. The ship is an impressive replica of a 17th-century galleon, complete with cannons, tall masts and a fearsome figurehead. It is anchored in the lagoon next to Skull Rock, adding to the attraction’s atmosphere of adventure and mystery.

Visitors can climb aboard the ship and explore the various areas, including the bridge and crew quarters. There are also interactive elements to discover, such as the ship’s steering wheel and cannons that “shoot” water. It’s a great attraction for kids, allowing them to unleash their imaginations and play pirate for the day. Occasionally, the ship hosts a few shows.

Technical data

Type of attraction: Walkthrough
Opening date: 1992 (park inauguration year)
Trivia and secrets: Not only do you get to go up on deck, but you also get to see the crew’s quarters. Legend has it that this is the boat that sank the nearby Robinson family ship. Others think it was Captain Hook’s ship. Personally, I love both versions.
