Since the COVID-19 health crisis, it’s mandatory for all holders of undated tickets to register online using the reservation platform before going to Disneyland Paris. So, if you want to visit the park but don’t know how, follow this guide, we’ll explain everything.
ACCESS CONDITIONS FOR UNDATED TICKETS
Is it mandatory to reserve your day with an undated ticket?
Yes, online reservation is mandatory for all visitors to Disneyland Paris. Visitors with undated tickets must also register on their dedicated reservation platform in order to access one or more parks.
Is it possible to purchase a ticket at the park ticket booths?
Unfortunately, it’s no longer possible to visit ticket booths directly to purchase your tickets. The only option is to buy your tickets directly on the Disneyland Paris website or from an authorized reseller.
In both cases, booking your day is mandatory to access one or more parks.
Tutorial to register on the Disneyland Paris reservation platform
Step #1: Log in to your reservation account on the reservation platform.
If you don’t have an account, it is necessary to create one.
Step #2: Click on the “Register a ticket or pass” button available at the top of the screen.
Step #3: Enter the reference number of your ticket(s) to associate them with your account.
Step #4: Select your reservation date using the calendar.
Dates highlighted in green are still available, dates in blue do not apply to undated tickets, and dates in gray are no longer available for reservation.
Step #5: Verify your reservation using the summary. Then, accept the terms and conditions before clicking on “Continue”.
Step #6: Your reservation is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation via email, allowing you to access one or more parks during your visit.
