Wondering where and how to renew your Disneyland Paris Annual Pass? Thinking about changing your Pass tier and not sure where to start? Curious if you can switch from an Infinity Pass to a Gold Pass? Or maybe you’re unsure about the best time to renew your Annual Pass? Look no further, you’re in the right place.
How to renew your Annual Pass or Disneyland Pass?
Do you have a Disneyland Pass and want to renew it for another year? Since summer 2023 and the launch of the new Annual Pass range, the process has become simpler. You can renew your Pass from one month before to one month after its expiration date by choosing one of the following three options:
- At the Annual Pass ticket desks located under the Disneyland Hotel, at the entrance of Disneyland Park. This service is available daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but waiting times may vary depending on crowd levels.
- Online, through your Disneyland Paris account, under the “My Disneyland Passes” section.
- In the Disneyland Paris mobile app, under the “My Disneyland Passes” section.
Since April 2025, Disneyland Paris has been offering a 15% discount on Disneyland Pass renewals, provided it is completed between one month before and one month after the expiration date of your current Pass.
How to change your tier or upgrade your Annual Pass to a Disneyland Pass?
When the new Disneyland Pass range was launched, it was possible to upgrade from an Infinity Pass to a Disneyland Pass. Today, the old range is no longer available, but you can still switch to a higher tier during the year. For example, if you have a Bronze Disneyland Pass, you can upgrade to a Silver or Gold Pass. To make this upgrade, simply visit the Annual Pass ticket desks located under the Disneyland Hotel with your valid Pass and make the request in person.
How does the price adjustment work when upgrading?
When the Disneyland Pass range was introduced, Disneyland Paris implemented a flexible policy for guests wishing to change tiers. The park offers a prorated refund for your current Annual Pass, meaning the remaining balance can be used toward the Disneyland Pass of your choice.
If you chose to pay monthly, your payments will be adjusted accordingly. Depending on the new Pass selected, an initial or full payment may be required.
Even though the old range is no longer available, this policy still applies for mid-year upgrades. When you change to a new Disneyland Pass, your previous subscription ends, and future monthly payments are recalculated based on the new Pass you’ve chosen.
