Introduction to the virtual queues
In April 2025, Disneyland Paris announced the gradual expansion of this virtual queue system for meetings with its iconic characters.
Already in use since the opening of Marvel Avengers Campus to meet Marvel Super Heroes, this system will now include other very popular characters. Among them are Stitch, Mickey Mouse, the Disney Princesses, Olaf, and even Star Wars characters.

- Link your park ticket, annual pass, or hotel package to your Disney account.
- After scanning your entry ticket when arriving at the park, book a time slot for yourself and your group (up to 6 people).

How the virtual queues work
Here are the main rules to know for using the virtual queues at Disneyland Paris:
- You can only book once you are inside the park and your ticket has been scanned at the entrance.
- Reservations are only valid for the same day.
- Guests with a 1-day / 1-park ticket can only book meet and greets in the park where their ticket was scanned.
- Guests with a 1-day / 2-parks ticket can book a meet and greet in either park, once their ticket has been scanned.
- Guests without a smartphone or mobile phone can ask a Cast Member at the meet and greet location to book a slot, subject to availability.
- Only one reservation can be active at a time. You must complete or cancel a meet and greet before booking another one.
- It is not possible to book several times for the same meet and greet.
- The priority line for guests with disabilities is no longer available at these meet and greet points, as the physical queues have been removed.
My best tips for booking a time slot
Here are some simple tips to maximize your chances when booking a virtual queue time slot at Disneyland Paris:
- Make your reservation as soon as possible after scanning your ticket at the park entrance. Time slots go fast, especially for the most popular characters.
- If no slots are available, note that Disneyland Paris usually opens the queue several times during the day, often once in the morning (often at 9:45 a.m.) and once in the afternoon (often at 2:00 p.m.).
- My tip: check the opening time shown in the app and set a reminder 2 minutes before so you are ready when it opens. This will increase your chances of getting a slot.
