When to eat at the hotel?

Breakfast: Breakfast is available at the Newport Bay Club hotel, either in the Cape Cod restaurant (for guests in standard rooms), or in the Compass Club Lounge (only for guests in Compass Club or suite rooms). In both cases, breakfast is a continental buffet, offered either as a supplement or on a half-board basis (except for Compass Club and suite rooms, where breakfast is included). However, breakfast in the Compass Club Lounge is generally less popular than in the Cape Cod, making it a quieter, quicker option in the morning.

Snacks: guests staying in a Compass Club room or suite can enjoy an included snack in the Compass Club Lounge.

Dinner: you can enjoy your evening meal at the Newport Bay Club hotel, either in the “Yacht Club” restaurant or in the “Cape Cod” restaurant. The former is a table-service restaurant offering seafood cuisine. The latter is an all-you-can-eat buffet with mostly fish dishes, although meat lovers will find a few dishes available.

My review of the Disney Hotel Newport Bay Club

I had the opportunity to stay at the Newport Bay Club Hotel on August 31 and September 1, 2024, thanks to a special offer reserved for Disneyland Pass members. During this 2-day, 1-night stay, I stayed in a superior room, located on the second floor of the hotel with a view of the Disney Village lake.

What I liked less

• Extremely long corridors
• Soundproofing of rooms
• Aging furniture

When should you book your stay at the Disney Hotel Newport Bay Club to get the best price?

To get the best price for your stay at Disney Newport Bay Club, I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally between 9 and 12 months in advance, when the best deals are often available. Use the official Disney website and its price comparison calendar to find the best rates.

In addition to the price comparison calendar, here are a few tips for finding the cheapest stays at the Disneyland Hotel:

• give preference to Sunday and Monday nights;
• avoid school vacation periods;
• consider the months of January, March and September, which are generally the most advantageous.

Character meet and greets at the hotel

At the newport bay club hotel, you can meet disney characters in a friendly setting. every evening, between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., a randomly selected character from Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, or Pluto will be available for a magical meet and greet. however, times and characters are subject to change by disneyland paris. for more information or to confirm details, feel free to inquire at the hotel concierge.
