Introduction to Disney Premier Access
Disney Premier Access is a paid service available at Disneyland Paris. It allows faster access to selected attractions through a dedicated line, different from the regular queue.
This system usually applies to the most popular attractions in the park.
It replaces the former free service known as Disney FastPass.
Guaranteed Access and Reserved Viewing Area
- Guaranteed Access: a paid option for indoor shows at Disneyland Paris that ensures a seat even if the show is sold out.
- Reserved Viewing Area: a paid option for outdoor shows and parades, giving access to a reserved area with an ideal view without long waiting times.

The Different Disney Premier Access Options
There are two different Disney Premier Access options: the Ultimate option, which allows one-time access to all eligible attractions, and the One option, which allows access to a single attraction.

Disney Premier Access One

How to Buy Disney Premier Access
Buying a Disney Premier Access Ultimate
You can purchase a Disney Premier Access Ultimate before your visit, directly when booking your tickets or stay on the Disneyland Paris mobile app, on the official Disneyland Paris website, by phone, or even add it to your Disney account after your reservation.
Online, this option is offered once you have selected your ticket type or hotel room.
It is also possible to buy a Premier Access Ultimate on site, on the day of your visit, but availability is limited. The purchase can be made via the Disneyland Paris mobile app and also directly at City Hall or Studios Services.
During busy periods, it is therefore not guaranteed that you will find one at the last minute.
Buying a Disney Premier Access One
Disney Premier Access One can only be purchased on the day of your visit to Disneyland Paris. It cannot be bought in advance.
To get it, you need to use the official park app or go to City Hall or Studios Services at the park entrances.
Disney Premier Access One is offered in limited quantities. As a result, some time slots may sell out during the day, especially for the most popular attractions.
How to Use Disney Premier Access
Once your Disney Premier Access is purchased, it is automatically added to your Disney account. You can find it in the Disneyland Paris mobile app.
To use it, select the chosen attraction in the app: a QR code will appear on your screen.
You simply need to present it at the entrance of the dedicated line to access the attraction.
If you have a Disney Premier Access One, a time slot will be assigned at the time of purchase, and you must arrive during that slot.

My Tips to Make the Most of Disney Premier Access
- Before buying your ticket or booking your stay, run a simulation on the Disneyland Paris website. This will help you compare Disney Premier Access Ultimate prices depending on the date and choose the best rate.
- Create your account on the Disneyland Paris app before your visit. You’ll save time by adding your ticket or hotel booking, as well as your Disney Premier Access, in advance.
- Disney Premier Access One is neither refundable nor exchangeable. If you buy one for a child, make sure to check their height for the chosen attraction.
- Check the expected crowd levels for the day of your visit. This will help you decide if Disney Premier Access is really necessary.
- Disney Premier Access is especially useful if it’s your first visit and you are only staying one or two days. If you stay three days or more, you will usually have enough time to enjoy the attractions without it.
- Do not confuse Disney Premier Access with Guaranteed Access, which is a paid ticket for indoor shows even if the regular queue is full.
- Do not confuse Disney Premier Access with Reserved Viewing Areas, which give you a reserved spot for a parade or outdoor show with a good view, even without arriving early.
History of Disneyland Paris FastPass
The FastPass system was introduced at Disneyland Paris more than 20 years ago and ended in 2021. It was a free service that allowed faster access to certain attractions.
To use it, guests had to go to a kiosk located at the entrance of the attraction and scan their park ticket. A paper ticket was then printed with a return time slot.
Guests had to come back during that slot to access a dedicated, faster queue. It was not possible to take another FastPass until the previous one had been used.
The system was discontinued, likely for profitability reasons, but also because it often made the regular queues longer.
