Since summer 2021, Disneyland Paris has been offering a complimentary Click and Collect service at select park restaurants. Let me show you how to use this service and save time during your visit.

The Click and Collect service was introduced in August 2021 at select restaurants in Disneyland Paris. Through the official Disneyland Paris mobile app, you can now pre-order your meal and pick it up at your chosen time, at no extra cost. This service aims to reduce queues at restaurants, especially during peak hours, allowing you to maximize your time on attractions during your visit or stay.

Is the Click and Collect service free of charge?

Yes, the Click and Collect service is provided free of charge to all visitors of Disneyland Paris park.

Which restaurants accept Click and Collect?

Currently, 8 restaurants offer the Click and Collect service:

  • Au Chalet de la Marionnette (Fantasyland)
  • Café Hyperion (Discoveryland)
  • Casa de Coco (Frontierland)
  • Casey’s Corner (Main Street U.S.A)
  • Cowboy Cookout Barbecue (Frontierland)
  • Hakuna Matata (Adventureland)
  • Last Chance Cafe (Frontierland)
  • Restaurant en Coulisse (Walt Disney Studios)
Does my annual pass discount work with Click and Collect?

Yes, annual pass holders can still benefit from the discount at restaurants even when using the Click and Collect service.

Tutorial to enjoy the Click and Collect service

Step #1: Log in to the official Disneyland Paris mobile app.

To log in, you may need your annual passport number or your valid entry to Disneyland Park.

Step #2: Click on the “Eat” button at the bottom of the screen.

Step #3: Go to the “Pre-order food and drinks” section, then choose your restaurant and click on the “Order” button.

Step #4: Read the instructions and click on the “Let’s go!” button.

Step #5: Choose whether you want to dine in or take away and select the desired time for your order.

Note: Orders must be for the same day.

Step #6: Choose your meal using the categories provided.

Step #7: Once your meal is added, click on “View basket”.

Step #8: Check your order and click on the “Payment” button.

Step #9: Double-check your order and click on the “Next” button.

Step #10: Add your Annual Pass discount code, if you have one.

Note: Your annual pass will be required upon receiving your order.

Step #11: Add your billing details. You will receive the invoice and the pick-up voucher by email.

Step #12: Proceed to payment for your order and click on “Confirm and Pay”.

You will then receive your confirmation along with usage instructions via email.
