Jean Imbert is a renowned French chef, who came to public attention by winning season 3 of the TV show Top Chef in 2012. His career then took him to the helm of several prestigious establishments.

In 2021, he succeeds Alain Ducasse at the helm of the kitchens at the Plaza Athénée in Paris, whose restaurant is awarded a Michelin star in 2022.

In 2023, he continues his ascent by also taking charge of the kitchens at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes.

This is not Jean Imbert’s first collaboration with Disneyland Paris, since in 2018 he already offered the Petit Jean culinary experience for a few months at the Disneyland Hotel’s Founder’s Club.
